Poster exhibitions will be held within the IPPNW2025.
If you wish to participate in the poster exhibition, please complete the required fields in the form below and submit your application.

Poster Exhibition Overview & Guidelines

Period: Oct 2 (Thu) – 4 (Sat), 2025
Venue: IPPNW2025 (Dejima Messe Nagasaki 2F)
Panel Size: W900 × H2100 mm
Number of Panels: One panel recommended
Language: English or Japanese (English preferred)
Specifications: Display only (no oral presentation)
Requirement: Registration for the conference is mandatory
Deadline: Friday, Sep 19, 2025
Note:
Please prepare your own poster materials and bring them with you on the day of the exhibition.
On the day, please attach your poster to the panel by yourself at the venue.
Please inform the reception desk on the day that you have applied for the Poster Exhibition.

The organizers and Congrès Inc. will disclose or provide information to third parties in case one of the following criteria is applicable:
1. In case disclosure/provision is required by law.
2. In case the information is required in order to protect a person's life, physical safety or assets, in a situation where it is impractical to obtain the consent of the registered applicant.
3. In case statistical data, etc. can be disclosed/provided in a format, with which specific individuals cannot be identified.
